When creating a Clan, the Clan level automatically becomes 9 and all the skills of the corresponding level are studied. Blood Alliance

Requirements to upgrade to clan level 10:

Blood Alliance 5 count, clan reputation — 40000, participant number — 25

Requirements to upgrade to clan level 11:

Cloak of Radiant Light, clan reputation — 75000, participant number — 30

To get the 11th level you need the cloak ofCloak of Radiant Light, the castle must be hardened to the Light. In case it is cast on Dark, in alt+b => Services you can change the type of Castle.
